About the Group

Focus Graduates is part of Focus Management Consultants Ltd.

Focus Management Consultants, also known as FMCL, are specialist recruiters to the food and drink industry. Since it's creation in 1990 and during it's 21+ years of existence, it has developed a number of key brands, supplying the food and drink industry with effective recruitment solutions.

Until early 2009, the business operated as the Focus Management Group of Companies, which included brands such as Check On and Carrus, and also the 'yellow lozenge' Focus Management logo - of which many of you will be familiar with.

With 2009 came a huge rebrand as the group became known as Focus Management Consultants Ltd, and six unique divisions or brands were developed to sit underneath FMCL.

These six brands are:

• Focus Management for permanent food jobs in all disciplines up to £100k
• Focus Graduates for graduate food jobs
• Focus Chefs for NPD chef jobs
• Focus Select for senior and board level food jobs
• Focus Interim for interim food jobs
• Focus International for international food jobs outside the UK
