Our client is an innovative manufacturer of chilled prepared foods and supplies some of the UK's most premium retailers with hand crafted products.  The business is seeing a great deal of growth currently and are therefore looking for a keen graduate to join their Human Resources department.

As the Graduate Human Resource Partner you will report into the Senior HR Business Partner.  You will learn, and put into practise all of the theory that you will have learnt in your degree course, or if you have some experience already this will be broadened working in this fast paced demanding business.  You will provide support, coaching and training to the business in areas such as recruitment, disciplinary, grievance and conflict handling, communications and absence management.

To be successful in the role you will be a recent graduate from a Human Resources degress or equivalent and have a real passion and drive to work in a fast paced, food manufacturing business.
