Trainee Process Technologist

Summary

A Trainee Food Development Process Technologist is required for a leading, and very well respected branded organisation that produces a diverse range of ambient products.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a food Development Graduate who is able to start as soon as possible.

Job Description

Joining an established team they will support, train and mentor you in all aspects of food process development.

Reporting directly to the Senior Process Technologist you will be in a supporting role working with the wider NPD (New Product Development) and Technical teams ensuring the smooth transfer of products from NPD kitchen to the factory, ensuring all product and process parameters are adequately controlled and communicated throughout the factory.

You will need to be a methodical and organised worker who will be able to grasp things quickly, and have energy and gravitas to work with pace becoming a resourceful problem solver.

You will spend time evaluating existing and new raw materials and ingredients and improving formulations and specifications. This is a real cv move and will certainly provide a solid foundation for a career in food manufacturing.

Ideally you will be of graduate calibre with an industrial placement or a graduate looking for their second role.
